3 mips and a P.O.N. 20 kolonopin felony pending,if someone just left to florida would they extradite him?

P.O.N. Possession of narcotics. and 3 minor in possessions of alcohol and he wants to goto florida he wasnt charged with the felony yet hes still waiting on sentencing but wants to leave for florida asap and leave it all behind him. and what would happen if he came back to MI and got caught here?
