How should I approach this situation with a girl I like? Really need help here!!! ?

So I met this really awesome girl. I've met her a total of 5 times now here and there but we have never actually hung out. I really wanted to ask for her number so I got the courage to ask her and she said she would love to hang out. I really like her but am still coming out and new to this. How should I flirt with her? How should I let her know I'm interested in her more than friends? I know she is gay we saw eachother at a gay club a couple times. So she knows I am also. I have her number should I wait a couple days to call her? She is butch I don't think that makes a difference in how I should flirt but Im not 100% positive on that. I plan on asking her out I would just like for us to get to know eachother more. How would I be able to tell if she likes me back? Thanks!! Input would be fantastic! I really need help here..
