Ok one thing ... i have had loads of puppies ... one is plenty to raise at once ... and about the "micro maltese" a maltese will come in one size ... anyone selling a "micro" dog is up to NO good ... they are breeding small dogs that are immediately prone to diseases... but for names what about "mai"(pronounced "may") it is japanese for "wolf" which would go with your twilight theme.
