What is the average cost of a pack of smokes in Wales, 20pack & 25pack, regular brand like Players?

I'm leaving for Cardiff, UK in 10 hours and could bring over loads of Indian (redskin) cigs that only cost about $2 a 25 pack..Maybe i could then re-sell them and make a profit
