(B&B) When did Donna ever have a baby? Or does Donna have a baby?

I think what you've seen is that her son is hot!! He's probably 20... She gave birth to him when she was 16 and put him up for adoption. He saw in the paper that Donna and Eric got married , and showed up recently... Nobody knows that he's her son, including her. We don't know who the daddy is, yet. But I'm sure there's trouble on the way, it should be fun!
