Cooking my first vegetarian Thanksgiving dinner?

I don't know if you have ever tried the roast before but I made one once and it's not like the cutlets and it wasn't very good in my opinion. Why not forget the fake meat and make something like baked stuffed acorn squash? I stuff mine with seasoned wild rice along with sauteed onions, raisins and chopped walnuts. It's easy and really good. Along with that I make some traditional sides.
