Cust Svc Workers--What are your biggest complaints?

I have always worked in retail. Right now I work in retail pharmacy. I would like to know your biggest pet peeves. Where I work there are bilingual HUGE signs for pick up, drop off and consultation...and at least 20x a day I have to tell people to go to another station for their needs. Also, people who have never been here, but tell us they have:( *Or* people who walk all the way back to the pharmacy (it's all the way in the back of the store) byping 10 store employees, to ask us if pepsi is on sale, or where cards are, lol.
