Do you play your club's promising youngsters on FIFA 11?

With be a pro i always use younger players, but when i play with barca if i swap the better players (puyol, xavi, iniesta and so on) with youngsters like busquets (instead of keita) pedro and bojan on, muniesa maxwell i tend to not do as well...
