I've reinstalled Java. Still having problems with Bingo game in Pogo. HELP!?

Bingo in Pogo----I'm having problems with not seeing chat bar at bottom of game. Also having problems with not being able to click on bingo on underneath cards. I've tried many,many different things and nothing seems to be working!
