Should the Democrats take the Republicans lead in byping pay-go legislation?

LOL, repealing a trillion dollar entitlement "costs" billions. Good one, sport. Oh by the way, the CBO doesn't comment on the merits of anything, they are simply math checkers. So when a dishonest politician puts a bunch of umptions in front of them the CBO simply checks the math. Garbage in, garbage out. You get it, right?
