What am I supposed to do about going to bed this early?

The only advice I can give you is wake up very early in the morning, so you can sleep at your new bedtime. I kind of think it's a little unfair and not normal to do this but you'll probably look back a few years from now and laugh about this situation ;). Don't worry, just sweet talk your mom (maybe cry?) and she might give in.
