What is this powerpoint theme?

A while back I watched a presentation in which the lecturer's powerpoint theme look almost like a giant idea map in the sense that the information was presented within a circle and when they clicked on the next slide the previous slide would shrink & still be visible as a smaller circle. I'm SURE it was done with powerpoint.
