Where does capitalism end and socialism pick up . Is the line that blurred in America .?

Absolutely right, the more "programs" we have, the "larger" our government and the More social we become. When the government is our largest employer, the government is our largest consumer, then you can pretty much say we have made the turn to socialism. We are there, and have been there, now turning back is increasingly more difficult.
