Has anyone been busted for driving under suspension?

Heres the story - I was caught driving without my license, because I forgot to reinstate it. What I am asking is, for somebody who has a second DUS, does anyone have experience with this? I am going to reinstate my license before court, but I hope its just a fine, and nothing more than that. Im really worried right now.
