Pls with mailing stuff?

i want to send my friends from ukraine some letters, cds and they asked for candies.haha. i live in the usa and wanted to know if i could send those things oo and also i wanted to send like 2 2dollars bills.. can i send those?? because i dont want them to open my stuff and take those things away and how much would it be?? pls help! =)
